Each room with its own vibe. Enjoy the best Ft. Worth has to offer including The Stockyards, Sundance Square and more. Cowtown Brewery and Tias Mexican food restaurant are a 3 minute walk from your front door. Want to relax? It can be just as fun to stay home and enjoy a drink out back in the cowboy pool. The house was recently updated, however the structure is from 1915 and some small details have not been perfected to keep the charm. The space We designed FW Blackhouse exclusively for our Airbnb travelers and have included all of the amenities needed for your stay. \+ Two Queen-sized memory foam beds \+ Full-sized memory foam bunk beds \+ The comfiest Full-sized memory foam \+ Dressers and hanging in bedrooms \+ Wall-mounted Roku television in the living room \+ High-speed internet throughout the house. \+ Fully stocked kitchen (appliances, dinnerware, and cooking utensils) \+ Keurig and traditional coffee maker for bottomless coffee \+ Clean restroom with shower, toilet, sink, and storage shelves \+ Private laundry room with full washer and dryer + 10 foot “ cowboy” stock tank pool in backyard . 8 foot outdoor gathering dining table with seating for 8, fire pit area with 4 chairs along with 5 additional Adirondack chairs. A large fully fenced backyard entertainment area with 10 foot stock tank pool, dining area and fire pit area. The house will be yours and yours alone. Other things to note \+ 3-day minimum. \+ Our entire property is 100% smoke-free. +Ft. Worth train lines run through downtown area, and are adjacent to the Black House, so the sounds of the train tracks will be a part of the ambiance. \+ There are minimal houses around the FW Black house. It is an up and coming urban area neighborhood with a few older homes awaiting renovation and might seem a bit isolated but is perfectly safe.
