You will have access to both sides of the duplex during your stay. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary cookware and utensils, as well as a cozy living room with a flat screen tv's. We also provide complimentary Wi-Fi, keyless entry, free private parking and pets are free to stay. Important: There is $200 security deposit (refundable) for incidentals required before you receive access to the property. Please note that we process payments through a payment processor, Stripe. Please smoke out back and dispose of your smoke waste (cigarette butt). Smoking in the property will result in a $500 Fine 3\. Be courteous of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music, especially at late hours. Please respect the Quiet Hours. Noise Violations: 1st Complaint = Warning, 2nd Complaint = $150 Fine, 3rd Complaint = Termination 4\. No large gatherings or parties are permitted. Failure to abide by this may result in termination of your stay. 5\. We love pets and they are authorized, however please clean up after them on the interior and exterior of the property. No pets on the bedding/ furniture. Pet hair/urine/feces on furniture/ bedding will result in fine of $75\. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee. 6\. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet. 7\. If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. Please do not try to fix it yourself 8\. Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them. 9\. Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late check out will result to $50 per hour 10\. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard. Pet feces and pet stains on carpet, dirty floors, large Neighboor dog barks all night, every night and partying with loud music. Not to mention AC leaked through kitchen ceiling during our stay and cancelled dinner plans to let repair guy come over. Must wait until 1 minute after your check in time for the code to unlock door. Do not try to get in even an hour or even minutes early or they will charge you extra. Very high price to pay for this type of stay. To top it off host was unwilling to give any type of discount and would not return communications. ##### Richard L. It was in an older neighborhood that will hopefully see some love put into it soon. Plenty of room for everyone! It’s a very short drive to the Stockyards district which was a huge plus!! Older neighborhood that is in the process of gentrification, so you have a mix of unkempt and well kept updated homes. But the neighborhood was really nice and quiet. Plenty of parking spaces behind the house. The house itself has mostly been updated quite nicely. The only issue I had was hanging my dresses in the closets. All of the closets are divided by a shelf making an upper hanging area and a lower hanging area…so it was difficult hanging anything long. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. I would book this house again for a large group. ##### Marianne F. We had 8 people total, ages 11-50, but could’ve easily had more. Lots of comfortable beds on both sides. We walked to the Stockyards past a lovely park—took about 25min. Other times we drove or ordered a Lyft/Uber which only took 5min. Plenty of parking at the duplex! Great communication with the property owners. Cute little welcome baskets were a nice touch!
