We stayed 4 weeks for a work project. We didn't have a lot of issues, but when we did the owner was quick and responsive. Small thing that made a big deal to me was they actually had some sharp knives in the kitchen. That is a rare treat in a rental property like this. They also had an Insta Pot with an air fryer.
