The townhome features an upstairs master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large smart TV, a private bathroom with a jack-and-jill vanity, and a large walk-in shower. There are two additional upstairs bedrooms with a shared bathroom to comfortably sleep six adults. The property is located within a short walk of Dickies Arena and numerous other attractions! I am available for questions whenever you need me and are more than happy to provide Cultural District recommendations or any other recommendations around the broader city. Don’t hesitate to ask. If you'd like to go to/from Dallas or DFW airport you can also take advantage of the TRE train system which is very affordable. The train will take you to the steps of American Airlines center in Dallas and to several of the DFW terminals. We run weekday specials as well as long term discounts. Worth Location The location was perfect for walking over to Dickies Arena, museums, and Will Rogers. We would definitely stay again. The only complaint would be the neighbors had some loud barking dogs. They tended to settle pretty quickly but with all the activity around there, they were stirred up often. The property manager communicated great with me and it was a very easy and smooth check in process and I never doubted he would address any concerns had they come up. I meant to ask about why the roof top was off limits, but we were too busy and the weather wouldn’t have allowed us to use it anyway. There was a nice patio area in the back.
