This spacious unit is located on the 4th floor of the A-building featured with covered parking and indoor room access. This unit is very quiet because it does not face the courtyard and is not exposed to the crowd noises from the pools. It also offers a private large balcony with partial beach/ocean views as well as the bay view. You can even have the ocean view in the distance from the master bedroom. This unit has two luxury master suites that each has a king bed, a private bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower and a garden tub; 2 twin beds in the private bunk room with door-it is actually the 3rd bedroom; a queen pull-out sofa sleeper in living room, a portable Graco® crib for baby. It also has a powder room next to the bunk room and tile floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, complete kitchenware and washer/dryer. The unit offers complimentary wireless high-speed internet in the unit as well as common areas, 5 TVs including 2 TVs for the two bunk beds, two brand-new 4k LG UHD TVs, and two DVD players. Bathrooms, sinks, toilets were clean. Floors and kitchen not so much. But not so that we didn't enjoy our stay. Warning for cooler months, only 1 pool is heated. ##### Meggen G. And needs to learn how to use a vacuum cleaner and bleach. We had plenty towels, I bought laundry soap and washed towels and our clothes as we went. There was a box fan in one bedroom, we can’t go anywhere without fans because of noise so we brought two and the extra was real nice. The owner was wonderful as soon as I let him know we had a clean bedding issue he got me clean bedding and I changed it out myself which made me happy. There were pans and dishes and everything we needed. And the water park right there our back was wonder! We were right on the beach and everything was perfect. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip could still happen after Hurricane Sally. The place was very clean. It’s in a great location and the building is on the beach.
