Oct 19, 2025 #### Needs repairs We found the condition to be a bit lacking. The sliding glass door would not open / close easy, the handle broke, and the blinds were broken/missing. The bathroom fan was very loud. The listing suggested 2 chairs and umbrella available, but none were found. Also toilet seat had hairs on it ans appeared it hadnt been cleaned. There were even hairs on the stove top and inside the fridge. We took pictures of everything and sent to property manager Immediately requesting a call back but only recieved messages. It was not until my wife had made a post on a local facebook page that an employee of the management company saw, that we recieved a call about our concerns. She was VERY helpful and We were refunded cleaning services fee and also was comped a dinner. One other issue we had was the beach service that was included. It was not clear who our beach service was with cause no chairs were setup for our building. Turns out they are with island princess next door. This was not made clear in the listing.
