Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, and a breakfast bar. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

Nice get away

Property was clean, condo was clean. Large assortment of kitchen necessities. Beds were very comfy! Washer and dryer in condo was a plus! Beach chairs and umbrellas available for use! We left some beach toys for the next renters.

Fantastic visit

This was our 1st to the Ft Walton area and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was great as was the location. We would totally stay there again. The only thing I would change is that although kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils/appliances it would have been nice to have some basics like salt, pepper, etc. Every VRBO we have stayed in before had those so when I stopped at the grocery store on our way into town those were not things I picked up. Again that is minor and just putting it out there so others staying here pick those things up if they are shopping before their arrival. I would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Overall, The photos were definitely brighter than the unit. Some of the walls had gashes and they definitely needed a coat of painting. Additionally, there weren't any bathroom rugs which made the floors wet and slippery. Otherwise, great stay and would stay again!

Nice stay and clean room and facilities

Listing was very accurate. The unit was very clean and nice. There were tons of games, Nintendo, etc. to keep everyone entertained. It was also a nice touch to have toiletries provided like travel deodorant, soap, etc and also extra beach towels. The only con I have is that the refrigerator didn’t get very cold. We had to keep some stuff in the cooler or freezer. Also the dryer takes forever to dry and the washing machine is very small. Overall we had a great stay and you can’t beat the area and beach chairs included with the rental.

Friends Trip

The unit was very nice and very clean. We did receive an email prior to arrival that there were kayaks available to us, however, we were then told they were not. There was no detergent in the unit so we just grabbed some while we were out. The check out was 10 am, however, housekeeping came into the unit at 0930, without knocking. They were apologetic, but at least a knock before entering would have helped. The location was pretty good with direct access to the beach. The chairs and umbrella were limited to a first come first serve basis, so make sure you reserve one first thing if you want it for the day, they pick them up at 6pm. All in all a really nice and clean place, would stay again for sure.

Great get away

This was a great condo for our week in Okaloosa for a softball tournament. Very clean and so close to many restaurants. The beach was not very crowded which is a plus for July!
