Great vacation! Excellent location!! Great communication with managers of the property! Carport was great for the couple of rainy days we had while visiting. Very short walk to the beach - our children are adults but would not be bad with small children as well. You can also drive to the public access parking lot almost directly across the street. Loved watching the dolphins in the bay area directly off the back yard and watching the boaters and barges go by was also fun! The only thing that kept me from rating cleanliness higher is the kitchen could definitely use some updating - some cabinet doors wouldn't stay closed, and the grass in the yard was extremely tall which made it difficult for our small dogs. The location is hard to beat—right on the water with a beautiful view from the back windows. We especially enjoyed watching the boats go by and the peaceful sunsets over the bay. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing trip.The house has three bedrooms and provided plenty of space for our group of seven, plus it’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us. It had all the basic amenities we needed for our stay.That said, the home is very outdated, and there were a few inconveniences—only six towels total, several burnt-out light bulbs, and a stove that only runs extremely hot. The main coffee pot didn’t work, but thankfully a smaller one was available. We also found that some essential kitchen tools, like large skillets and measuring cups, were missing.Communication with the owner was limited, which made things a little tricky at times. But for the price, space, and unbeatable views, we felt it was a good value and a relaxing place to spend time with family and friends.
