Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Waterscape's B402 has a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues, greens, and earthy brown tones this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. The unit has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious patio with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a full bath located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath, TV, and DVD player. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a separate laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Pro’s: •The property grounds were absolutely amazing! •The checkin staff were super friendly and helpful. It was honestly the best check-in experience we have ever encountered. •The room was very spacious and clean. •The view from the room was perfect. We could see the lazy river and the beach. •The balcony was spacious. •The decor and furnishings were prettier than the pictures show, not that the pictures were bad, we just thought it looked better in person. •The mattresses on the twin bunk beds were very comfortable which was surprising. •Short walk to the beach and lazy river •Short walk (15 min) to the boardwalk and pier Overall the place is amazing but we did encounter a couple small mishaps so I will also list a couple small cons. Cons: •Our fire alarm (I think it was the fire alarm) went off at 6:30 am while we were all sleeping and again at 10:30 am. I called the number that was on the check in paperwork to report it but was hung up on, probably accidentally. •After 10 PM, the TV volume in the master bedroom would not go up over 4 and we couldn’t hear the movie we were watching so we just turned the tv off. • The TV remote in the spare bedroom wouldn’t change the channel. •When we would change the fan speed in the living room, it would change it in the bedroom too. The carpet is very dirty and coming up in places, along with the other floors being very grimy. Additionally there is no locks for any of bedroom or bathroom doors.
