Come enjoy the quiet, serene beaches of Okaloosa Island! Pelican Isle 109 awaits!
This elegant, coastal condo has 1 bedroom with king bed, hallway bunks, and 2 full bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed and an en suite master bathroom with shower/tub combo, updated vanity, and fixtures.
The hallway features built-in bunk beds, perfect for kids or adults!
The second bathroom is just off the hallway, convenient to the bunks, and features updated fixtures and a huge shower.
The kitchen has undergone a complete overhaul including brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, marble backsplash, and a shiplap bar. Doing dishes never looked so good as you gaze out at the gulf while loading the dishwasher!
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a huge coffee table that's perfect for puzzles and games, and an entertainment center with tv, dvd player, movies and games for the whole family. There is also a queen air mattress available for use.
And last but not least, head out to the balcony where you can take in the salt air and breathtaking views! Watch dolphins swim by as you sip your morning coffee!
And if you can peel yourself away from the balcony, head on down to the pool and beach! Beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) is included in your stay **(March 1 -Oct 31 only)** Pool is heated during cooler months, as well as the hot tub!
After a long day on the beach, head down to The Boardwalk for dinner and a walk on the pier, or head into Destin, just a 6 mile drive down the road, and enjoy all the options there as well!

The view was amazing! The host was very communitive and welcoming! We loved the easy access and the facilities. It was so great walking right out to the beach. The beach chairs that were on the patio were very appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing is bring beach towels as we forgot!

We love staying at the Pelican Isle, but this unit was not very clean. We also had 40-50 bugs on the inside of the balcony door. The door didn’t seem to be fully sealed. The curtains also didn’t fully cover the glass front, which for a unit as low as this one means everyone walking by can see in.

Condo was adequately furnished, great location and easy to find and check in to. The communication from the owners was really what set it apart from others. They are extraordinarily responsive and that was so wonderful!! The only one tiny thing that may have been better would have been a sponge to get us started for dishes. Usually the places we stay, have a small amount of kitchen essentials to get you started… there was one sponge but it had been used. Next time, I’ll just bring one! It was overall a very nice stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Pelican Isle 109. My son and I were there for his baseball World Series and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location was great. Beach was beautiful. Loved the included beach set up. Great hosts. Would absolutely recommend and come back

Amazing Location and Property

5 Stars – Absolute Perfection in Destin!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation in Destin! This condo was everything we hoped for and more—clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some- Thank you for the Aloe!). The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean each morning was pure magic. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and the living space was cozy and relaxing after a long day at the beach.The location was also perfect—just steps from the white sandy beach and close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The property amenities like the pool, hot tub, and parking were all top-notch and well-maintained.The host was wonderful—very responsive and thoughtful, making sure everything was just right. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience.If you’re looking for a stress-free, perfect beach getaway in Destin, this is the place. We’re already planning our next trip back!

A wonderful stay!

We didn't want to leave! Location was fantastic, right on the beach, we had a lovely walk along the sand up to beachview cafe for breakfast. The beach service was super nice having an umbrella and chairs already set up. There were also chairs/beach toys on the balcony which came in handy for my 9 year old. It was great to have a spacious spot that had everything we needed! I even did a walmart order which arrived promptly so great for families that need essentials you didnt want to pack. We advenured to Grayton State Park one day and the beach there was also incredible. We also enjoyed dinner at the Gulf one evening which is a 3-5 minute drive from the apartment, super chilled, gorgeous food and space for kiddos to explore. Hosts were super responsive whenever I had a question. We would love to return!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and the owners clearly care about their condo. The only negative is a lack of storage space, there is no closet for clothes or storage space for baggage while there.

Magnificent

This wound up being a last minute mother daughter trip and it was the PERFECT place for us. The beach and pool was RIGHT there and made it so very simple for whatever plans we desired. My only concern BEFORE going on this trip was feeling the lack of safety and security BUT thank Heavens that wasnt the case. I felt completely SAFE and "looked out for" here. ALSO.... numerous times i caught myself thinking about just HOW MUCH THOUGHT had to of gone into making sure any possible need a person could have during their stay was met. Things I wouldve never even thought of! ...oh and immaculate communication!! Huge thumbs up from us!!!!!

This is our 4th year staying at Pelican Isle and this unit was by far our favorite!! It was perfect! The check in was seamless, communication with the owner was easy, the condo was beautifully decorated. It’s like they thought of everything!! The bathrooms have make up removing towels and cotton pads, they have all kinds of beach essentials for you to use, games, the list goes on. We will definitely book again!! Keep up the good work!!
