Loved being a short walk to the beach, able to bring our dog and enjoyed the hot tub every evening! We realized they are just finishing remodeling the complex, so it takes time to finish units. Could use a few kitchen things, some plugs did not work, etc. But they were very quick to deliver a vacuum when asked and got the tv working for us quickly. Communication was excellent! The beaches there are not dog friendly as we had expected, but there are dog parks in the area. There wasn't a place to give a 1/2 point, so my review is actually a 4.5\. ##### Sharon W. We were very happy with the apartment and the location. Nice quick walk to the beautiful beach.
