The main room encompasses the living and dining room portions of this property with an ample open kitchen. The open living area has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs that face the Gulf of Mexico as well as the flat screen TV across the room. A beautiful dining table nearby has four stylish chairs where you may savor some seafood together. Two raised seats provide extra seating on the counter bar, which is a perfect place for serving up tasty appetizers or drinks. The Master Bedroom has a charming wooden framed king size bed, its own flat screen TV for viewing pleasure, and access to its own bathroom with tub/shower combination. Bring your entire family and spend your next vacation in a cozy retreat right on the gulf. Your kids will love the bunk beds and the second bathroom is a real bonus. This 1BR/2BA beachfront condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Now with FREE Wireless Internet, too!

Nice view

Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay. Good view of the gulf from the balcony. Watched a bunch of dolphins one of the mornings. The pool is right over the balcony so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids if needed. The condo was actually ready 2-3 hours early. We weren’t in town yet but it was still a nice gesture. Overall it was a nice place on a somewhat chill island

Fantastic Unit!

I just completed a very relaxing four days at this property. The view is wonderful and the unit was very comfortable. I had everything I needed made available by the condo owners which was much appreciated. The master bed was super comfortable and the staff located on the property were very helpful and friendly- especially “mister Al”. The pool was spotless and beach access very convenient. Lots of parking was available and I greatly appreciated the carts for transporting my belongings! Seamless rental- Would gladly stay here again!

Very nice condo. It is right above pool so was pretty loud at night when pool was full. If you went to front of condo in bedroom you couldn’t hear pool just loud in living room area.

Great spot for families right on beach

It was a great spot for our family to relax and recharge! We got to explore the beach, museums, and fun amenities nearby (go karts, mini golfing, hiking). Loved sipping coffee on balcony and listening to waves. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. There are nice, casual restaurants within a mile or two. Would go back!

Yearly get-away

We enjoyed the much needed rest. Condo and location was great. Only recommendation I would give is update the furniture in the living room. The cushions were constantly sinking into the hide-a-bed frame. And it would have been nice to have a smart TV. There was not a lot of choices in the local channels. But that was not a reflection on the condo as a whole. Because it was very clean and very nice.

A wonderful time

Place was clean and as described. We left it the same way we found it. All towels and such were washed. The dishes were washed. Everything was put away. Had dinnerware and pots and pans, plastic garbage bags and tp. All was good.

Great beach condo

Condo was clean. Great location! Perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. Walk to beach was the shortest we’ve ever had. Beaches were beautiful and free condo chairs were a plus! Our girls also enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking—rentals were right in front of condo!

I love the mobile app. The check- in and check out process is super easy! The mattress could use an update. Other than that, everything was EXCELLENT! The pool is fantastic. Easy beach access and I love that chairs are provided. Also, beautiful view.
