This serene, Gulf-front condo is designed for relaxation, offering stunning 5th-floor views and direct access to the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or just an escape to the coast, this is your ideal home away from home. Why You’ll Love Islander 503 • Unmatched Views: Gaze out at the endless Gulf from your private balcony, where every sunrise and sunset paints the sky with stunning colors. • Heated Pool: Enjoy one of the largest Gulf-front pools on the island, heated year-round for your comfort, ensuring a perfect swim no matter the season. • Thoughtful Design: Professionally updated by an interior designer, the space is adorned with designer tile flooring that mimics hardwood, creating a warm and inviting coastal atmosphere. Please note that there is a strict no smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony. The front desk does not manage this property, so please contact us directly if you need anything during your stay. Luggage carts are available in the lobby for guests to use when checking in or checking out. Please note that the Islander has a strict policy on noise levels, so please be considerate of your neighbors during your stay. The condo is equipped with a starter kit of basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay. The Islander is located on the beach, so guests can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and other beach activities right outside their door. There are many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance or a short drive from the Islander. Please also note that the heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system. When the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on whether it's on cool or heat. If you'd like hot air to stop blowing, simply turn the system off and open the balcony door to cool the space. If you need extra blankets or pillows, please let us know before 5 PM. There is an extra linen fee of $40 as we do not stock extra linens for the sleeper sofa, but we will happily drop off linens if given notice. The unit is not childproofed in any way. We are happy to host families with kids, however, nothing has been childproofed. There may be chemicals that are reachable to children, and there are no outlet covers, etc. Just know you will be responsible to make sure your children are safe in the unit. MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you! SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed at this property. EVENTS/ VENDORS: No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited. REPORTING DAMAGE: The guest agrees to keep the Property in the same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture, or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy. If guest fails to address these issues within (1) hour they forfeit the right to request a refund, as the guest did not allow the host an opportunity to correct issues. View was absolutely perfect; we spent most of our time on the balcony. The place was quiet (late October) and clean when we arrived. We had enough supplies from the starter kit for an 5 day stay—toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, towels etc. Host got back to me fairly quickly if I had questions. The room has a set of beach chairs, an umbrella, games, some pool toys. My only complaint was the A/C which I know is beyond host’s control since it runs off a boiler system. But the room was unbearably hot at night unless we left the balcony doors wide open. I do not like to sleep with exterior doors open but maybe it doesn’t bother others. At one point the room got up to 79 degrees and opening the doors was the only way to cool it down. I don’t come to FL much so maybe this is the norm?
