This first-floor condo features a master bedroom with a king and television and the second bedroom has a queen bed. NOTE: Access out sliding doors is limited due to work on second floor condo balconies. House Rules Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking. Small pets with approval and payment of fee. Be respectful of the condo and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. This unit is pet friendly which makes us and our furbaby very happy. The only complaint we had was there are no dressers.
