We loved it!! A lot of our time we sat on the beach, in the chairs provided by the property, or sitting on the balcony enjoying the sight of the ocean, hearing the waves and watching, and just relaxing. One downside was in the early morning hours, around 7-8am, we could smell cigarette smoke coming from one of the balconies around us. My husband has COPD/asthma so we had to go back in our room until the smell was gone. But what a week to remember other wise. The people were friendly and the views and experiences were amazing. This should have been listed on the website and disclosed a head of time. We had to leave the balcony door open at all times to get cooler air otherwise it was 79-80 degrees in the room. This was in February! I can’t imagine summer. I contacted the owner who referred me to the management company. Property manager stated there is nothing they can do and recommended to use the small fan in closet and keep curtains closed at all times to cool down the room (you don’t stay on the ocean to close the curtains nor be uncomfortable due to the temperatures. When I looked at reviews online of this building/unit there were the same complaints about no air so it is a known fact and something not disclosed. Met couple vacationing next door upon arrival and they were very friendly. Overall the location was really quite nice. Path to beach directly across street and the beach area was dog friendly which did not bother us at all. Enjoyed watching the dogs swim and play. Quiet at night which was +++. Really the only complaint was the a/c runs loud but really didn’t bother me so much as much husband. ##### Adrienne R.
