Walk to the dock and sign up for a fishing charter; or rent your own jet skis or pontoon boat and make your way to Destin's popular Crab Island! Downstairs is the Lazy River, Waterfall pool, two heated pools, and two heated jet spas. Guests can use the sky-bridge to walk to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. Wristbands are required. The space includes 1740 square feet of newly remodeled, high-end comfort. \-LIVING AREA includes leather couch, chaise lounge and recliner with a 55-inch TV all overlooking the Bay, with access to the large balcony. The leather couch does not have a pull-out bed included. \-BALCONY has seating for eight and overlooks Choctawhatchee Bay. \-KITCHEN includes stainless steel appliances, with a 2-door refrigerator freezer with ice and water dispenser, glass-top range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal surrounded by a granite counter-top. \-KITCHEN is well stocked with Keurig coffeemaker, blender, electric can opener, grinder, and all the cooking supplies you need, including a variety of seasonings. \-DINING AREA includes table and 6 chairs plus a breakfast bar and stools. \-BUNK ROOM has sleeping for 4 (stairway to top, not ladder) and a TV. Bunk includes a twin bed at the top, a full bed in the middle, and a twin trundle at the bottom. There is also a pack and play deluxe set available. \-HALL BATHROOM includes large walk-in shower. \-MASTER SUITE includes huge Master bedroom with large desk under the window overlooking the bay, king-size bed with high-end mattress, TV, and sliding glass doors connecting to the balcony. \-MASTER BEDROOM connects to a large luxury bathroom with double vanity, large walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, toilet room with door and a large walk-in closet with door. \-BOTH BATHROOMS include hand showers for sandy feet. \-CONDO has tiled floor throughout except for Master bedroom which is carpeted. \-THIS UNIT also includes a full-size laundry room and two independent ac/heating units. \*\*\*HURRICANE POLICY\*\*\* If there is a named HURRICANE forecast for FWB or a MANDATORY EVACUATION of Okaloosa Island during your stay, you will be refunded for the AFFECTED days of your stay. It was even bigger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of room for our group of six. Everything you could possibly need for the week was included. The beach wagon was a huge help for the trip over to the beach. The bay views are awesome! We love this resort and this was the best condo we’ve stayed in here. Our stay was perfect! We had one small blip with our door lock that was no big deal at all, but I’m only mentioning it because I contact Melanie about it and she replied immediately with a solution. Our family absolutely loved this condo for our vacation! It was exactly as listed and had the best view from the balcony. We watched sunsets in the evenings and looked for jellyfish during the day. It had comfortable furniture and lots of open space. We were pleasantly surprised by the k cups/coffee provided and lots of beach toys/chairs/beach cart. Getting down to the Lazy River pool was very easy and was our favorite spot while visiting. There’s a great restaurant next door (Ricks) that was easy to walk over to and get takeout or enjoy the live music. Beautiful views off balcony overlooking bay. However, the neighbors dryer vent over lounge chairs on the balcony made it a little uncomfortable when they began their dryer. I felt a surge of heat (even over the heat outside) and the smell of dryer sheets to which I’m not a fan. Pools are just a short walk, and beach was comfortably accessible via elevators and sky walk. Beware, we experienced a lot of jellyfish in the bay which made being in the water a little unnerving. I had visions of floating in the shallows not being pummeled by waves, alas, not to be. A local seemed to think it’s no big deal getting stung, I’ll leave that one up to your own discretion, me personally, I opted to skip the ‘sting’ experience. FYI, it was the same at crab island if you choose to take out a boat from the nearby pier. Overall lovely resort. ##### Gillian H. Amazing views of the bay and right next to pontoon and jet ski rentals. There were all kinds of goodies waiting for me and my kids upon entering the condo.
