We enjoyed spending time on the balcony listening to the waves roll in after a long day of playing in them. Our master bedroom was a dream! I could get used to waking up there for sure! So to say we loved it would be the best way to describe it. The negative: I realize that sand is hard to get out of things…the floor was a bit sandy upon arrival and we swept sand out of our bed the first night before we went to bed. There are no seasonings or condiments or anything left in the home even though I’m sure guests leave things. Makes it super inconvenient for cooking unless you buy everything. The dishes and glasses had a funny smell. We washed everything again even though I’m sure it was cleaned previously. Finding food for a reasonable price is tough! The bed’s are comfortable and we slept very well. The deck furniture is clean and in good shape with a small table and 2 chairs, then 2 taller chairs that give you an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean! The staff was great. We only spoke by phone or texts. There’s no office on site. Our only complaints are there’s no outside shower to wash the sand off before entering the building, the bathroom is in the front of the building next to the road, not close to the beach at all, and the dumpster for your trash is hard to access being pretty tall with a heavy lid. The windows were dirty both recliners were so nasty we didn't sit on them. 2 pillow cases had stains and two towels were dirty. . The shower head in the first bathroom was nasty so we didn't use it. The ceiling fans made so much noise on hight that we kept them off. And we couldn't drink water out the fridge because the filter needed changing. ##### Karen P.
