Just steps from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this bright and spacious two-bedroom suite is located on the sixth floor of a gorgeous beachfront complex and is the perfect place to call home during a sun-kissed vacation to Fort Walton Beach! Inside, you'll find all the comfort and convenience you deserve, with lots of cozy furniture, cool tile floors, and a large flatscreen TV in the living room. The private balcony is a great place to wake up with your first cup of morning coffee while watching the surfers catching their first sets below. Spend the day in the water then come back to assemble a delicious meal in the full kitchen - you'll have everything you need, from counter space to cabinet storage to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining table can seat up to six lucky dinner guests. When it's time to call it a night, there are two well-appointed bedrooms, the primary room with an en-suite bath, a mounted flatscreen TV, and gorgeous beach views. Take advantage of the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device and head to the shared gym for a good workout then go for a cool-down swim in the community pool. The suite's central AC will keep everything nice and cool on those hot summer days, and you can use the private washer and dryer to ensure everyone looks their best during a long and rejuvenating stay. Most of the lights are no longer LED. No broom available to sweep randomly if needed. The utensils are old and melted. The shower heads do not give pressure. Needs new paint. And served its purpose for the week. But it definitely needs some major updates. Thankfully we had friends in the next condo over, and we were not in the condo much. Needs updated decorations, wallpaper is peeling in multiple places, slow draining bathtubs, loose toilet seats. The kitchen supplies need to be updated. If you plan to cook much in the condo you don’t have much to do it with. Do not buy frozen pizzas because there is no pizza pan. If you have a very large family to do laundry for, you will be doing laundry all the time. Washing machine and dryer are extremely small capacity. The room was clean upon a arrival and they allowed us early check in which was nice. But overall I would not recommend this condo. I have stayed at way nicer condos for less money. All of the necessities are included with plenty of extra toilet tissue and paper towels. The bathrooms need updating. The tub/shower in both bathrooms have small rust spots and discoloration. The shower curtain in the master bath needs to be replaced. The king size bed is very comfortable and the view from it is great! We enjoyed our stay. ##### LaToya B.
