The location is perfect- steps from the beach but in a less crowded area. The rental was clean and comfortable. It was great to have washing machine and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked. We sat out in the balcony most mornings with our coffee and loved having chair service on the beach. Owners were super responsive and accommodating. . The beach is very easy to access. The amenities here are excellent! Plenty of bath towels and wash cloths and although I brought my own beach towels it was very thoughtful for the owner to have beach towels for use. We eat out for our meals but the kitchen is well stocked for doing your own cooking. The ONLY reason my overall rating was 4 stars is because the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I dont know if it is because there was no box spring underneath the mattress or that the mattress is cheap. We arrived around noon and the cleaner was just finishing up so we were able to get in early. The condo was clean, the photos were accurate and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was such an easy walk to the beach. We wanted to stay in this condo again next year but both of our weeks weren't available so we had to choose another condo.
