Island Princess 701 - Beach Bum Bliss! 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom charming beachfront condo spacious enough for the whole family! This top floor unit provides the best views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico which can be viewed on the private balcony. This limitless 3 bedroom sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in one guest room, 2 twin beds in the other guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating with a dining room table right beside it where you can sit and enjoy the views of the water or the flat screen TV in the living room. This rental includes access to a gulf front pool and hot tub, exercise room, outdoor grills and easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk where you can enjoy free beach service, including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella from March-October. The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. The property was okay. The pool is very small so it was always packed. We never saw any property management and people were smoking weed at the pool and on balconies. If you plan to stay, would recommend reserving the beach chairs you want for a week, 15 a day and you don’t have to rush down for spot in the morning. Chair guys were awesome! Great little ice cream and putt putt place down the street which was great. There weren’t any cooking pans so we had to get creative with cooking. There is a regular coffee pot and small Keurig. We enjoyed the condo and it was enough room for everyone. It was convenient to many things and that was nice and easy to get around. You are also close to the elevator on the floor so that made it easy to get up and down to the room. Walton Beach This was a great condo in a great location on Okaloosa Island. Gorgeous ocean view from the 7th floor balcony. The unit was very clean, well furnished, and comfortable.
