This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, a smart TV, and balcony access. A second master bedroom includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and bathroom. A third bedroom includes twin size beds and a smart TV. Third full bathroom in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit!

Perfect vacation spot

My family and I are Florida natives that grew up in the area but life moved us on to different states. We took a chance on a family Florida meet up vacation and chose this condo in FWB rather than Destin and I’m glad we did! It’s in a great location on the beach (minus the terrible construction traffic at the bridge) and easy to get to and park. The condo itself is roomy, clean and is equipped enough to cook up a simple dinner if you don’t want to go out. With 8 of us staying there (3 of which are younger kiddos), we had plenty of space and bathrooms. The balcony was amazing, the view perfect, access to the beach easy and a very short walk. The kids liked the pool, but there’s no shade in that area for parents to hide while they swim lol. So we spent most of the time at the beach - which wasn’t crowded during our stay. The one frustration we had was access to the beach chairs and umbrellas that are mentioned in the listing. They put them out every morning but we were never able to get one. The attendant had them labeled with family’s names and said they were prepaid, priority customers that reserved them daily. Even going down at 7am we could never get a front row beach chair, they were all full. So I’m not sure how or where you’d pay extra for front row chairs? Because having 4 children at the beach, you def need to be up front to keep an eye on them. We ended up on blankets and towels (and I did have a small sun shade). We will def stay here again. We loved it overall.

Our condo was so nice and clean and the property manager was so timely with communication. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. Highly recommend to everyone! Beachfront views and easy access made our vacation amazing!

Wow! What a view!!

Wonderful property. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the balcony for coffee every morning and sunset every night. Great place with a wonderful view.

We liked the location, and the view from 601. We found the furnishings to be old and worn. The mattresses are in particular need of replacement. None of the 3 of us slept comfortably.

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 5! Clean and all the necesssry accommodations were provided. We appreciated the extras that we haven’t seen in other units in that building - beach towels, full size cleaning products and extra household products!

Excellent Location

We had a fabulous time! 2 sisters, one brother, and our spouses. Two couples celebrating 50 years of marriage. Weather was not great most of the week BUT with a great location we had amazing meals within 0.5-5 miles. Convenient to grocery stores. Great place to have fun visiting with our family. Also, so convenient to Ft Walton Airport!

My 3 daughters and I came to celebrate my oldest daughter’s birthday. We loved the condo 601. It was very cute and well stocked with items we might need. The ocean was so close to the condo. A big plus. Two chairs and an umbrella were a great perk. We will be back.
