Your spectacular view stretches up and down the coast of Okaloosa Island at this spacious, Gulf-front condo, a gorgeous spot for watching playful dolphins, sipping cocktails in the shade at sunset, and listening to the sounds of azure waves meeting the ocean shore. This condo sits on the fourth floor of Island Echos, a beachfront property with an outdoor pool, and a fitness center on its grounds. It's a wonderful, central location for exploring the island, with Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and the boardwalk and pier all within two miles. One of the unique features of this beautifully-decorated condo is how the rear windows and glass doors capture the sunlight and views of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Slide the doors open to enjoy an alfresco meal on the waterfront balcony, or simply unwind in the comfort of central air-conditioning inside. The interior has a casual elegance about it, from the open kitchen with its lovely tile, stone, and stainless steel appliances to the breezy living room with ample seating and a cable TV. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and cable TV, including a primary suite that opens to the balcony. Of the bathrooms, one features a roll-in shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1st through October 31st. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We could see for miles from the patio and the water was beautiful. The beach has shallow water for wading and then you can move on to deeper water if you choose. The three bedrooms were all well done with plenty of closet space for your clothes. The kitchen was very nice and had plenty of dishes and cookware. Be sure to get your groceries after you've arrived so you know what you will need. (We went to the store first and missed a few items.)We liked that it was a gated community, however we never felt unsafe while we were there. This has been one of our favorite stays in the Destin area. We plan on returning again. ##### Julie M. Very nice beach feel. Everything was clean and inviting from the moment we arrived. The fourth floor huge balcony overlooked the white sandy beach and had beautiful view of the ocean. We spent every morning on the balcony just enjoying the sound of the ocean and could even see an occasional dolphin swimming off shore. A nice modern kitchen with all amenities made our stay even better. I would recommend this condo to anyone and will definitely try to make this a destination for our family again. 5 stars!! ##### Dan V. It was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The balcony that ran from the Living Room to the Master Bedroom gave us many hours of great views of the gulf.
