Waterscape's A507 - This newly upgraded unit is thoughtfully decorated in an upscale theme with stylish furnishings and newly tiled flooring throughout. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and extra storage in the pantry area. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area seats up to eight people comfortably. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The bunk room door is a great feature that provides extra privacy. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a beautifully decorated half bathroom off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private bath with stand-up shower, garden tub, and hairdryer, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower, garden tub and hairdryer, TV, and DVD player. There is a large laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. The condo was spacious, very clean and nicely appointed. Lower number condos are closer to the beach and we actually had a great view, only partially blocked by the neighboring hotel. Odd numbers are on the outer side and even numbers are on the inside. Even numbers have a better ocean view, but they also overlook the pool area which can be busy and noisy, so I was glad to have ab odd number. My girlfriend and I decided to take a last minute trip to the beach after being cooped up since March. The condo was a two bedroom but we selected it anyway because it had a view of the beach and we thought of all the condos we saw online it looked the best. The condo itself was great but we elected not to spend anytime at the pool. It was clear most of the other visitors were not at all concerned about the possibility of getting sick. So we spent the entire time at the beach. While the beach was crowded it was a lot easier keeping some distance from the other guests. This place is great for kids - very family oriented. While we didn’t bring kids, we still had a great time. Great seafood restaurant, breakfast restaurant and liquor store all right across the street.
