The location was PERFECT to just pull our wagons up to the back door and let our towels and swimsuits lay out and dry without dragging it through the condo. The trundle beds were PERFECT for our small children to sleep on. Huge con but not the owners fault: the steps to and from the beach access was STEEP and took two people to get our wagons on the beach.
