Fear of cats, so the 3 or more cats camped outside was very alarming to me.Felt a little decieved by being promoted as Brand New ! Unit was not "brand new", but recently renovated. The front actually gave off the motel front from back in the day. Response to correcting the situation with the televison was prompt, but the actual act of "repairing" was not completed until 24 hours prior to check out. Close enough to everything that you could the see the boardwalk fireworks without having to walk out the front door. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The main bedroom is spacious and has its own tv. I loved having the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided for us. They also had plenty of extra linens and pillows for the sofa bed. The pet fee was reasonable and I loved being able to bring them with me on my vacation.My only complaint was that the listing says there is a dishwasher in the amenities, but there is not one.
