Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' \*\*\* There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026\. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. \*\*\* This beautiful fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room table has seating for six with additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the 2 bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. You will enjoy the breathtaking view from this unit and so much more. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. Azure is undergoing a beautification process beginning in August 2025Please be patient with our progress Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The resort had plenty of parking with four elevators (two in the lobby and one near each garage) that I saw and the two pools were large, clean and well maintained. Ceiling fans in bedrooms only work on low and the one in the living room does not work at all. They offered to send maintenance up to fix but we just went and bought a box fan. I would recommend that owner buy some new skillets for the condo. We are big breakfast eaters and there was only one medium nonstick skillet. Would also replace the coffee pot as it is very old and the on light does not work and took forever to make a pot of coffee. As with most condos make sure to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. Over all the condo was beautiful and would definitely stay here again. The beach and ocean was beautiful. The confusing part of the renting experience was the discrepancy in the price listed versus the actual rental total. I was stressed over the difference between what I saw on the original price versus what the agreement amount said I owed. I was confused because the total price on the rental agreement said I owed $2000.00 for 4 nights but the price listed on property was $285/ night. I am now sceptical about using the site. I have used Vrbo for many trips but this was the first time I got worried about the transaction and all the paperwork I had to sign with Wyndham, I felt like I was signing my checkbook over for someone else to decide what my total bill would be without my say. And when I asked a question through the site to property manager, I got the wrong answer (I asked if the property did have a splash pad as seen in photo) and the answer came back no). The condo was clean and had nice kitchen amenities. The only had 2 issues…. 1.) the fan in the master bedroom did not work properly… it barely turned. Maintenance came to look at it on the first day of our stay and said that the motor was bad and they would have to switch it out… they never returned the remainder of our stay. The only feedback I got WHEN I ASKED was “they were working on it.” It would have been much more comfortable with a working fan. 2.) the mattress in the master bedroom has two indentation and felt like we were sleeping in holes. It’s definitely time that mattress should be replaced. The other two bedroom were comfortable and had properly working fans. It was definitely a plus to have blackout blinds in all the rooms including the living room… that was a nice touch! The complex was very nice and the pool area was beautiful.
