The ugly: Unit was not very clean. Pull out sofa was full of crumbs when we opened it up. There was an entire opened bag of mini muffins under the couch along with other wrappers and dirt/garbage. You cannot see the beach, can barely see the ocean from the patio window and balcony. The clock evidently needed a battery, it didn’t work. No clock in the bedroom at all. As others have stated, it's very nice and very clean. All the extras, including linens, towels, beach towels, detergents, paper products and beach service were an added bonus. A previous review mentioned the mattress in the bedroom needed replaced. We had no issues, found it just fine and comfortable. Two small suggestions, 1) an additional skillet would be nice and 2) the lighting, while very attractive, was not bright enough for old eyes - particularly in the bathrooms.
