Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Waterscape's A119 is a quiet retreat from everyday life. Relax and read a book while you sit on the spacious balcony and listen to the waves. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. There was q dead roach in the house which concerned us the the rest of the house seemed clean. The view was of construction at a nearby hotel and across the street was a bar and "Gentlemans club" which didnt give us a great feeling with our kids. The pools were nice although only 1 is heated and it was very cold. The beach is right off of the property and beautiful. The management company stayed in contact the whole time. ##### Kimberly M. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware. The balcony view was of another hotel’s parking lot. The ceiling fans in the room were really dusty. I got sick from the dust but that is because I am really sensitive to dirtiness. The shower had black mold like I said it just needs a deep clean. The pullout couch that we tried to have a pajama part on was horrid definitely needs a new cushion.
