Some minor improvements needed in the condo but wouldn’t keep us from staying again. Mainly the master bathroom needs a little tlc, the shower curtain rod was rusted a bit. Also the chairs on the balcony are all lounge chairs with some rips and tears. Would’ve loved to ate breakfast outside, but there was no table or regular chairs. There was a doorbell camera that was a little unsettling, especially with only a key pad lock and no extra security. The heated pool was unfortunately shut down unexpectedly for maintenance for most of our stay, but the owner of our unit gave us wristbands to use the heated pool of a nearby facility, free of charge. Customer service was great from RealJoy vacations. The kitchen could use a crockpot and a standard baking sheet. The water pressure in the tub of the main tub needs to be fixed…some of the water was coming out of the tub as well as the shower head. These were minor issues, however, and I would definitely recommend this place to others! ##### Kathy P. We travel frequently and this was our favorite trip by far! The condo was more beautiful then the pictures. Plenty of room, amenities, and well stocked. Perfect space for our family of 5\. The resort was a kids dream, the beach was perfect and came with beach service. Any questions I had were quickly answered through a easy text system. We were disappointed that the pools were drained when we arrived and the one heated pool was not very warm. When they did refill the pools two days later they were ice cold. The RealJoy team responded to our questions very quickly, but there wasn’t really anything they could do. It was just one of the reasons we picked this report because of the neat pools and they weren’t usable. The hot tubs were nice and hot though. ##### Kristi A.
