Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Waterscape B407H is an incredible two-bedroom, two-bath condo, boasting peaks of the Gulf waters from the spacious, private balcony. With a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk bed in the separate bunk area, along with a queen sofa bed in the living room, Waterscape B407H accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. Upon entering this tastefully decorated condo, you will find the bunk area on the left, including its own TV, perfect for children to kick their feet up and relax. Conveniently located near the bunk area is a half-bath. The well-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance, boasting stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your own meals while on vacation. Nestled in the kitchen area is a stackable washer/dryer combination, allowing you to pack lightly to leave plenty of room for souvenirs. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoy a home-cooked family meal and good conversation at the spacious dining table. Step into the welcoming living area, featuring matching furnishings and décor, along with a large TV and DVD player combination. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Okaloosa Island has to offer. The primary bedroom is located to the right of the living room and is adorned with floral, beachy décor. Enjoy endless movies with the TV and DVD player. The primary bedroom leads into its own en suite master bathroom, boasting a double vanity, a large garden tub, along with a capacious walk-in shower. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. This was a wonderful condo. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Other than a few minor things (the bunk beds were not made when we arrived, the king bed had a pretty noticable dip in the middle but was still very comfortable, the kitchen utensils were lacking - a skillet would have been useful, and the queen shower would leak unless the bathroom door was shut very hard) we had a lovely stay and would absolutely return. Tried to check in at 11:30 and was told waiting on inspection. Ok no big deal. Didn't get text unit was ready until 3:39... We ended up going on to our event and didn't actually go to unit until 11:30 at night. Cheerios all over the floor in mast bedroom. Sheets very scratchy and the king bed mattress is terrible. The conditions of the property are going down hill. The main pool air was dirty. Lots of random trash around the pool. The pool itself needs a major clean. The titles are covered in a layer of oil/grease (probably sunscreen residue). Looks like tile hadn't been cleaned in a while. General landscaping is poor. What used to be nice with lots of plants had many voids where plants have died and not been replaced. Many of the grills didn't work. Code to parking deck was randomly changed so many guests had access issues. Staff at snack shack seemed rude and didn't want to be there. Security guards are very relaxed and don't enforce rules. The room itself was okay. The main bath has a water leak issue from the shower which creates a funky smell and damaged baseboards. The toilet seat was broken. The AC didn't seem to blow in the master bedroom. Other rooms stayed cool. Washing machine can't handle towels. Towels would come out sopping wet and wouldn't dry in dryer. Must be a spin cycle or drain issue. Couldn't get cable to work in living room. Worked fine in bedroom. Mattress in main bedroom is very firm and uncomfortable. For the money this resort isn't worth it anymore. 10 years ago it was very nice. Better options in Destin or PCB. ##### Jon S. We have no complaints about the room itself. It was in a great location and easy to access everything including the pool, beach,and parking garage. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-stocked, and tastefully decorated. A couple of minor things that wouldn't stop us from staying again, but that could improve the experience of staying in B407H: 1\. The shower door needs fixed in the queen ensuite. It would not close and leaked water all over the floor everytime someone showered in there. 2\. Sheets were low-end quality and pretty cratchy. The queen bed fitted sheet came off every night even when not tossing and turning. The sheets were just worn out. Comfort is important when it comes to a bed! Please invest in some better sheets for your guests! The King mattress was also more comfortable than the queen mattress. About the outdoor area: The pool is pretty nice anf large. The kids loved the lazy river and the lilypads/climbing rope, but with no pool personnel supervision or rule enforcement, the lily pad area got dangerous at times with kids being rowdy and not following the rules. The tiki hut is nice if you want to avoid going out to eat or to the room to eat, but the quality isnt awesome. Dont expect to have a gourmet burger at this snack stand. Also the website we found before we booked said you could purchase a refillable cup and refills would be cheaper, but the prices weren't as stated on that website. The cost was way more than state-sponsored we were disappointed by that. We did like that they had a big ice cream cooler but they were $6 each. You can buy a whole box of the same ice cream at walmart for $7-$8\. Get your own ice cream/drinks and pack a cooler and save some $$$!! You're paying for convenience, not quality, unfortunately. Also, just FYI... it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a chair or table on the pool deck because of people claiming them as soon as the pool opens and then not using them. Their towels just remain on them all day and therefore nowhere available to sit. There was one lady that claimed 14 chairs as soon as the pool opened every single day and they weren't even sitting in them. It was posted around the pool area and near elevators that the practice of claiming chairs is prohibited but it is NOT enforced by the staff. The staff saw what was going on but didn't stop them. If you want a chair you'll have to be a rulebreaker, too, and get there at 8 am when they open to reserve a chair with a towel or you won't have anywhere to sit or place your belongings for the whole day. By the last day we got sick of having nowhere to put our stuff and we did the same thing just to have 1 chair for our party of 7\. The pool was extremely crowded during our stay probably because the seaweed present in the ocean. A suggestion : maybe each room should have an assigned set of lounge chairs corresponding to their room number and be clearly marked and this would prevent everyone from claiming more than they need and you'd be guaranteed a spot to sit for your room. Just seems like there is room for improvement with this situation. I dont expect everything be perfect on vacation, but a place to sit by the pool would have been nice! Just something for you to consider if you want to lay by the pool. It may not be like this all the time, but it was very crowded during the last week of July when we were there. Overall it is nice, and the kids had a blast. We had a great vacation and I would consider staying here again, just maybe a different time of year to avoid the crowds. ##### Kristen D. The kitchen is well stocked. It had a Mr.Coffee maker, a Keurig, air fryer and a crock pot. The location is fantastic and can be at the pool or beach in just a few minutes. For a larger sized family, 5 kids nine and under, I greatly appreciated the space the kids and my husband and I had to ourselves at bedtime. Spending lots of time at the beach means lots of sand and laundry and that washer/dryer was a game changer! The kitchen was fully stocked with extra appliances and we literally cooked all of our meals in the condo. A great getaway for kids of all ages and A beautiful time of year to visit! We had 2 families of 4 stay in this unit and there was plenty of room. The unit has everything you need and more! The view of the beach was nice, the balcony was great, well stocked with all the kitchen tools you need. The resort is very kid friendly, splash pad, lazy river and 2 pools. I can’t say enough about this place. We would definitely stay here again. My favorite part is the unit got cold at night which after being in the sun all day is fantastic! My only word of advice is to bring trash bags, they don’t provide an extra. Also, we also brought our own laundry detergent and dish washing tabs. ##### Tiffany B. The pool area is incredible with so many water activities to choose from. The condo had everything we needed in the rooms and kitchen-plenty of towels, dishes etc. Our kids loves the bunk room. We maintained a tidy space throughout our stay but were very pleased that there’s was no extensive clean up or laundry required before checking out.
