Kitchen is newly renovated and living room has all new furniture. The living room and master bedrooms have beautiful views of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twins. There is a super comfortable sleeper sofa with "cozy brand" mattress in the living room which will allow the unit to comfortably sleep 6\. Unit has two full size bathrooms with the master bathroom having a tub/shower combo and the guest bathroom having a walk-in shower. The large balcony overlooks the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy cocktails or dinner while listening to the waves and watching the dolphins frolic in the surf. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation on the beach! El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports. Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
