Decorated with a beach theme, this warm, inviting unit has been rated "excellent" by a former guest. The kitchen is equipped with numerous amenities. Sand chairs and sand toys are provided for guest. The owner has provided HBO and HBO on demand for your enjoyment. On the balcony you will enjoy sitting in the bar height patio seating for 6\. This is a non-smoking condo. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. The property was located within great proximity of all restaurants and supermarkets. This was an older property but clean Everything was provided that we needed from silverware to linen. My only note to the owner which does not reflect my rating is the bedroom carpet need cleaning or taken up and replace with tile, since there's so much traffic in the rental, my second comment is the sliding glass door from the livingroom and bedroom was very hard to slide back and forth.
