Couple of things that management can improve on: 1\. For late check in, the current rule of asking us to come back to office next day prior to noon is not very flexible. Please be more flexible on this considering long distance travel involved in the prior day. 2\. Please enforce no smoking rule. Our unit had some smoking odor left from previous occupants smoking in the patio area.
