This house is a short drive or cheap Uber from downtown shopping, dining, bars and music, and the sugary beaches of Okaloosa Island! Skate park and rec center in this neighborhood as well! Park your boat in the large front yard if you like. The back yard is huge also, and great for supervised pets and kids. (There are a few weak spots in the fence so pets must be attended.) Coming soon, we will have a game room in the garage with a cool selfie mural! Check the photos to see if these updates are ready for your trip! Please note we do have a security camera on the front door. It was clean and had all basic necessities but included some great extras, like coffee pots/pans, crock pot, baking dishes, etc. The game room and board games were a great plus for the whole family. We enjoyed playing many games. There were also a lot of beach toys available for guest use. Having a TV in every room cut back on a lot of arguments between the littles. The back yard was great, it was a great size for the kids to play soccer while we sat on the porch and ate dinner and talked. The WIFI was great and I was able to do homework without connection failure. Overall, the home was very cozy and comfortable. We never felt cramped. Check in was super easy with just a quick access code. Washer and dryer worked great as well! We will definitely be back in the future. Our host was amazing and very responsive. We had a great stay at this property! Everything was clean and it was a perfect place for us to stay for spring break. We had a couple issues, but they were quickly dealt with by the owner. The house is beautifully decorated in a great neighborhood. The host is amazing. I can't rave enough about our wonderful stay! The game room is fantastic, love the shuffleboard and jenga! We also loved the karaoke mic! We brought our whole family and it was wonderful for all my kiddos. This is the perfect place for a family or friend trip.
