The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated with new granite countertops, cabinets, backsplash, and fixtures. There is also new paint and vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, etc. so you don't have to constantly run the dishwasher. The company that manages it contacted me during the first few days of our stay to see if I had any questions or comments which made it more personal. There is a new boardwalk to access the beach and an access code is required to access the boardwalk and the restrooms by the pool area which is nice.
