Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B324 is decorated in soothing blues and greens to enhance the tropical feel of the resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a dining table with seating for three and a bar area with stools for additional seating. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The living room also houses a set of twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. The unit has a stackable washer/dryer included for your convenience. Wireless internet is also available. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. I specifically booked this because of the beach service provided and I’m so glad I did! Being able to walk out on the beach to chairs and an umbrella that is included with your stay is SO nice! The location was great for us - would recommend Asiago Skillet for breakfast basically just across the street. When we first got to our room we had issues with the door code working but management was responsive through text and we were able to get it fixed in a matter of a few minutes. Just a side note, if you’re planning on cooking in the room there aren’t any basic seasonings provided. But I would recommend and we would stay here again! ##### Courtney K. Other then some updating it needs it was a good stay as it was comfortable and pools are always fun. For main property they could use some more lawn chairs on 1st level as there's never any available. Both days we had to just put our things under a tree and hope for the best. This unit is exceptionally located for access to the parking garage (very short walk around the corner from the parking area) and access to the elevator which drops you off at the pool area. The view is nicely located over the pool area, but no beach view. Beds were mostly comfortable. The master bed was nice, the bunk beds were adequate and sturdy built. The pull out sofa however would only be suitable for small children as the mattress is too thin. The unit was clean. You can tell the cleaning crew put in a nice effort however the sheets had quite a few stains and what appeared to be some sort of machinery residue/adhesive on one if the bunk bed sheets. I assume this is a complex cleaning company issue and not necessarily the fault of the property owner, however should be addressed as it affected our stay as we had to make bedding changes and adjustments on arrival. The master bathtub (only basin tub in unit) was missing its drain plug so we had to bathe and cup rinse our children in running water instead of a bath, and the faucet handle was extremely hard to turn. Definitely needs maintenance. Plate, glass, and eating utensils were quality and plenty however cookware could stand to be expanded. Overall i really enjoyed the unit, it was comfortable and in a really convenient location in the complex. A few minor maintenance issues and some additional cookware and this place would be a gem. ##### Michael M. Overall decent place, could use a few minor updates. Great location! Close to elevators for pool/beach access. Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. The bathrooms could definitely use an update. Shower faucet handle came off several times. Mattress in master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Jan 4, 2023 #### Do not stay here We’ve been coming to this area for over ten years. This is the worst room we’ve ever stayed in. Cloth furniture was filthy, we covered with sheets to sit on. Kitchen was dirty, grime all over stove and fridge. Unable to use sleeper sofa due to holes, black spots, reeked of urine and completely worn through. Unable to use hall bathroom due to faucet not turning on. Unable to close shower curtain in main bath. Hanging off curtain rod and unable to reattach. Best of all, roaches in room. Made management aware of immediate issues on first day and was told, sorry about that, enjoy the beach. They did end up fixing the shower curtain and faucet the day before we checked out, after 4 phone calls, and offered us a $200 refund for a $2500 stay. Unacceptable. Easy to get to the pool and parking lot. It could have been cleaner. I went to get the coffee maker ready for coffee in the morning, there was still a used filter in the coffee maker. It made us wonder, was the room cleaned at all or the beds just made...The furniture needs a deep clean and the patio table and chairs need to fixed. My drink kept falling over being so uneven, The bar height Adirondack chairs were awesome, loved those. There were no pool bands waiting for us after they asked how many guest. Last time we stayed at Waterscape everything was ready for us in the room. It was a great week at the beach, just wish it was cleaner. ##### Sonya S. There were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. We had to purchase some because none of us use that type of coffee maker in our homes. The bunk beds were very comfortable!! The pullout couch was like all others, flat mattress…didn’t see sheets or blankets for it, but no one slept on it anyway. Oct 14, 2021 #### B324 was okay We've stayed at Waterscape many times over the years. We love this property. Some units are better than others. This one, B324, was okay. I like the location of this unit, it was very clean and the outdoor furniture was very nice. The sofa in the main room really needs to be replaced and upgraded as it was not very comfortable and appeared old. The kitchen was minimally appointed. Lacking in utensils, salt/pepper, coffee filters etc. The shower curtain in the Master Bath is terrible and should be replaced immediately.
