The unit was clean and as described in the pictures. We had a very minor maintenance issue and it was addressed almost immediately. We normally stay in the heart of Destin, but loved this location as it was a bit more quiet and relaxed. The pool and hot tub were VERY clean, which I love. I am very big on cleanliness and location. This place has it all. The entire premises is well cared for- from the stairwell to the parking lot to the condominium itself. It’s also well-stocked with kitchen accessories, although we didn’t use them because I wanted to get out as much as possible. The gated community and private beach are also pluses.
