The space was amazing and my whole family was able to stay at one home and everyone have their own privacy. The game room was perfect for my kids and definitely an added bonus. The best part was the cleanliness you can really tell when someone takes pride in their home. Location of this home was perfect, easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. We all graduated between 1975 and 1978\. This home is great for a group this size. Very comfortable beds and good privacy. Parking is limited to a max of 6 vehicles. Very good kitchen for a group this size. Everyone enjoyed the house. You can't beat the water access and of course, Choctawhatchee Bay / Crab Island were very easy to get to. We would definitely come back to this home in the future. Our only complaint was the yard was not cut, the back porch was not blown off. Our group spent 20 minutes cleaning the grounds when we got there. The interior of the house and the grounds simply need a major spring/fall cleaning then we would rate this home as EXCELLENT. Steve was easily accessible and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. We did have an issue upon arrival. The property had not been cleaned. We waited outside nearly an hour and a half while the house was being cleaned. We were told we could enter while the cleaning lady was there around 5:30pm, it was awkward.
