Every interaction with them was excellent. As far as the property. The good: the AC worked well and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The bad: The refrigerator is worn out. All the shelves were broke, both the door as well as the main shelves to the storage trays. We had to cram things and remove a large portion to get to our items due to this issue. The ceiling fans in 2/3 bedrooms didn't work. The remotes were either missing or broken. Luckily there were box fans in the closets available to use. Coffee maker, pots and pans all in need of replacement, the non stick was coming off and really should be discarded. We ended up at Wal-Mart to find subtle things to cook on. I will say that the picture over state the appearance of the property. It is really in need of an update especially at this price point. ##### k f.
