It offers breath taking, direct-shot views of the pristine Choctawhatchee Bay , Lazy River, Zero entry and water-fall (seasonally heated)l pools. The Hot tubs, New Marina and BBQ pits are right below your two balconies. This is a 1 Bedroom with Bunk Room with Large privacy curtain and 2 baths Penthouse condo on the Bay side of Destin West. The roof-top terrace, has all the Bay views mentioned in addition to Gulf and beach views across the street. The new designer style Sleeper/sofa and lounge chair in the living area will maximize your comfort and relaxation during your stay. There are TWO private balconies that offer sights of this special vacation area...including the Choctawatchee Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Both floors have very comfortable patio furniture. What a great one-destination vacation spot. Free gym with full amenities is included. Free Wi-Fi, a separate washer and dryer and nice upper patio furniture. Oh...did I mention the new Private Marina that goes out some 400 ft into the Bay (fishing permit included with the condo) to Fish or just wander around, its great entertainment for you and your family. An elevate walk way provides safe walking access over highway 98 to the beautiful sugar white sand beach and the amenities associated with the Destin West Gulf property. We had to contain the owner twice with some basic questions. The communication was great. The resort has plenty to do. The beach being right across the boardwalk was perfect. Location was great, I loved the walkway to get to the beach, and restaurants, shopping and the pier are close via the walkway. The place was super clean. My wishes would be a softer bed (all were harder, but bearable), enough warm water in the shower (ran out within 10 min all 3 days we were there), and maybe a list of things recommended to do in the area? Its always nice to hear what the host thinks is fun. We relied on Yelp, and weren't disappointed, but we had to look for specifics.
