There were several things that were important for our stay: ground floor, close proximity to the pool and beach, full kitchen and allowed pets. All exceeded our hopes for our vacation! The pool was literally just out the back door and the beach access was just out the front door. And there was an umbrella and two chairs at the beach if we so chose to enjoy them. We loved that there was room for everyone to have their own space. The bunk bed was very comfy as well as the sofa bed. The king bed's mattress comfort was amazing! The location was great just a few feet from the beach. Reached out to the owner about a closet door they responded quickly. The unit was clean and small yet spacious enough for us. We could hear our overhead neighbors as the walked around which is not the fault of the unit owners.
