All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience! • CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply. • Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time. • Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! • We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. • No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony • Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. • All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes. \*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. One of the rooms had no dresser, the handle on the sliding glass door to the balcony was broken off, the kitchen faucet was loose and crooked and the bed we slept on was so stiff, the second day I realized the whole mattress was actually upside down, that was a first for me, and the neighbors that live beside, came and knocked on our door asking if we were smoking marijuana on the balcony which was out of pocket. ##### Matthew W. Listing was handled professionally, and when the property manager found out someone had broken the coffee maker: she brought a brand new one over! Thank you Kim with Beach Stays Vacations! (she also brought a new hair dryer; one of them was inoperable). The Beach is beautiful, as is the pool, and for that matter, the whole property; immaculate. Would go back for sure.. ##### Steve D.
