Private entrance from the side of the home, access to the laundry room with a locked door for your privacy. Recent update with full sized refrigerator/freezer . 1 King bedroom, full couch, flat screen Roku tv, WiFi, table for 2-3, private walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, double vanity. Onsite parking, central AC and heat controlled by you. Kitchenette has coffee pot, toaster oven that toasts, bakes, broil and microwave. 2 drawer stand dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, cups & glasses for you comfort. Condiments include coffee. You have access to 2 outdoor sitting areas. There is a large walk in closet for pet kennels and pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee. Backyard is fenced. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, coolers & beach blanket. We have 2 EV charging stations: 1 level 1 and 1 Level 2 fast charger that is 5 amp. Was worried about noise and privacy , but no issues at all. It was perfect for our needs and the hosts have everything you need to eat in the room if desired, and stuff for the beach. We appreciated the garden area to sit outside in and the use of the laundry facilities since we stayed for 10 days. It was nice that the TV was a smart TV so we could use streaming services. It was more of a studio, which was a surprise, probably my fault not reading close enough. But it was very adequately furnished.
