This brand new 7 bed, 5.5 bath magnificent Destin vacation home is ready for its fortunate first-time visitors. “Destiny Awaits” not only you but also a total of 22 happy beach-going guests as this seven bedroom home includes enough king sized beds and bunks to accommodate everyone comfortably. It is located in the prestigious sought after residential community of Crystal Beach, just half a block away from the sugary shore and jewel toned waters of the gulf. However, you don’t even have to go that far for a refreshing plunge since this fabulous home comes with its own private pool out back. A lovely terracotta-toned paver patio surrounds the pool while a columned veranda overlooks the sparkling scene with multiple chairs for leisurely lounging. Two levels of balconies off some of the bedrooms up above also overlook the pool, and the top floor balcony also has views of the glittering gulf. The open Great Room of Destiny Awaits is on the ground floor level and incorporates the living, dining and kitchen portions of this spacious hospitable property. This area has a comfortable casual look with beach washed hardwood flooring and pale sky blue interior walls that evoke a serene ambiance. Decorative art includes giant hand-carved sculptures of sea life. A plush cloth couch, love seat and an accent chair with striking striped patterns face the pool along with a large credenza that houses a TV for entertainment. An adjacent dining room area has eight criss-cross backed maple chairs around a charming rustic country table. A convenient powder room is right off the living area. The centered kitchen nearby features all au courant state of the art appliances and a cream based gray misty veined marble island with six raised maple chairs that sit beneath three hanging coach lanterns. One of the Guest Bedrooms with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath is on the first floor with access to the front veranda. An additional sitting area is upstairs on the second floor with a creamy white wraparound couch that faces a wall mounted TV. This room also has a Wet Bar with a mini refrigerator to serve favorite drinks and lovely paintings of the beach as well as a seahorse. The Master Bedroom Suite and all four Guest Bedrooms upstairs each have direct access to a breezy balcony, and most have en suite baths. Three of these suites include king-sized beds with colorful spreads. Two of them are Bunk Rooms with a bright, crisp nautical look using colors in whites and blues. This fashionable Crystal Beach locale is right off Scenic Highway 98 bordering Destiny towards the east and the expansive Henderson Beach State Park towards the west. Favorite gulf front restaurants are nearby. This shimmering white crystalline beach is also just a few blocks away from the Disneyesque version one of the area’s most popular shopping villages known as Destin Commons. This pedestrian-friendly palm lined retail complex with fountains has lots of designer specialty shops, boutiques, a Bass Pro Shops, and a Belk's Department Store. The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful yet convenient to everything. The golf cart was the icing on the cake and made getting around a breeze.The outdoor space was perfect for both fun and relaxation, with comfortable seating and great spots for easy conversation. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay.I had a question about beach chairs and umbrellas—while they aren’t officially provided, there were plenty of nice ones available, likely left by previous guests. If you're unsure, just ask!If we had to suggest any improvements, it would be to upgrade some of the towels and consider adding a few basic toiletries—but those were very minor details in an otherwise fantastic stay.Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We texted Bob when we were an hour away and he let us check in 3 hours early! We have a family of 9 and this house delivered big time! All the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were big, plentiful with huge showers. The washer and dryers on the 2nd and 3rd floors were a game changer I shouldn’t have packed so many clothes. The kitchen and island were big and any appliances you need were available to use. We did breakfast every morning and enjoyed the large dining room table where we ate family style. We loved the heated pool and backyard area too! Golf cart tires were low so we contacted service and it was taken care of in just an hour. We texted Bob about the heat in the pool and he had someone out same night to crank up the heat for us. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back one day. The golf cart was a great touch because you could quickly take it to places like the beach, coffee shop, gas station, or a restaurant bar. Having the pool, fire pit and golf cart was great. Location was very convenient. The host was responsive to questions. The title of the property needs to be changed as it is past ‘Brand New’, but it was clean except for the grill. ##### Jan S. This year was a bit different for us - we not only travelled with our friends, but we brought the grandparents. Throughout our trip there, I kept saying, I cannot wait to get there - it is my happy place. We walked into the home and there was the sign Happy Place. The home did not disappoint. A convenient location, beautiful rooms, amazing pool, and a host who was responsive. We will definitely be back! ##### Megan A. Plenty of space to stretch out, short walk to the beach. Convenient to shopping and activities if you don’t want to hit the beach. Just a few normal wear and tear items. There was also mold visible throughout the house. When reaching out to the host, inadequate responses including “that’s normal” were provided. It was clean, roomy, comfy beds, and beautifully decorated. Close to the beach, lots to do in area, and host was quick to answer our questions. This is a family Beach area and we didn't always enjoy some of the loud music from the neighbors but at least it was short-lived and you can't pick your neighbors! The golf cart came in handy with trips to the stores and a few restaurants. Both adults and children enjoyed the pool, glad we asked for it to be heated. Our host, Bob was very responsive to any small issues we encountered. A bit pricey but if you can afford it, we highly recommend it. ##### J P. There were 4 couples and we had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the laundry on the top 2 floors and the fridges on each floor. Kitchen is well stocked. Could possibly use a few more bath towels/washcloths if you don't do laundry daily. Owner did not skimp on anything! We did heat the pool and it was nice and warm. Plenty to do nearby for everyone! The comments online underestimate how beautiful this place is. All three floors accommodate a family with mini fridge, coffee pot and washer and dryer. All rooms have a tv. All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds. Most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The host responds immediately to any questions. The location is in a great neighborhood and less than a five minute walk to the ocean. The pool is beautiful with all of the amenities for a couple of families. I can not rate this place high enough.
