Newly designed and decorated, this lovely 2BR-1BA Pilot House condo is located at the Baytowne Wharf in the heart of the Resort! With two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, a family area, and one full bathroom, this property will comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Our stylish family room is designed with comfort in mind and features plenty of seating including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and complimentary WIFI. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. There is dining seating for four guests and kitchen bar seating. Our master bedroom features a king bed and an HDTV. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an HDTV. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the oversize balcony that overlooks lush resort landscaping. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. For your convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer.

You will enjoy the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex located just steps away! There is a lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub, children's pool and grilling area. A full exercise room is available, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax! Our condo in Pilot House at the Baytowne Wharf is truly the perfect choice for an enjoyable vacation at the Resort.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a kid’s playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach via the boardwalk next to the Beach House Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf at three different resort golf courses. Be our guest and enjoy convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location, along with world class accommodations!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great place to stay steps away from the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Sandestin Resort is a great place to stay. Lots of shops, food, and entertainment.

Great, but could of been amazing…
Our condo was lovely. Very clean and spacious. We did have one issue with the shower head, but it was quickly resolved. The balcony however was an issue. After paying for this condo, we were then informed of work being done to our balcony. Sadly we were unable to use it at all because of the work. We would have not of booked had we known of this prior to paying.

No balcony access
The reason for choosing this unit was to have access to the balcony facing the garden. We really love this property. However, they never told us about CONSTRUCTION going there on the day/ evening of arriving.!!! There was also a construction personnel on the balcony while we were still vacationing!!! We took a photo of him on the balcony!!! They offered us a weak, 15% discount, informing us there was no vacation units available as a courtesy. We could leave with full refund! We arrived late so there wasn’t any time to call another property, I’ve been going to Destin Florida for over 40 years! This was the first time ever experiencing something like this. I think management could have done a better job of compensating for this incident. It won’t stop from going to Destin, however the next time we will be sure NOT to use this property!!!

First Spring Break
Couldn't have asked for a nicer property to stay at for our first spring break. The Baytowne Warf had activities, good food and drinks and we felt safe! Appreciated the parking garage and keyless entry. The drive to the beach was a non-issue. Pool was busy but clean! Thanks for the memories!!

Quick getaway
We had a blast and loved being close to all the activities on the wharf. There were fireworks and concerts at night. The condo was clean and met the needs of our family of four. The ride to the beach on the tram was longer than we anticipated. It would’ve been nice to rent a golf cart but that is not allowed within the San Destin resort unless it comes with the rental unit. Staying at the wharf put us within walking distance to the marina with kayaks and bike rentals. The pools were great and one is right by the condo.

Perfect summer getaway
Location was perfect, the pool was on the same floor and basically right outside our door. My boys loved the access to the gym and how clean the pool area was. We had small issue that the property management handle almost instantly and communication with them easy and fast. You are minutes away from everything and walking distance to the wharf where they provide daily entertainment both for adults and my kids! We definitely look forward to coming back!!!!

Hands down my favorite place to stay
I can’t recommend this place enough!! The condo was perfect for my husband and I along with another couple. The location can’t be beat!! You walk out and there is a ton of great restaurants and shops. The pool was nice and relaxing and was close to the beach that included a shuttle service. It’s the perfect place for a family with young kids or even teens or just a nice feat away with adults.

Air Condition was extremely loud when running, Toilet tissue only 1/2 of small roll left on holder, Only one trash bag in can and only one medium size pot and small pot in cabinet Knives needed sharpening which made a simple meal difficult to cook..Otherwise unit was very nicely decorated and bed was extremely comfortable. Patio large for unit.

Beautiful condo- cleaning service could’ve done better
Beautiful/spacious condo for my family of 5 but floors weren’t very clean and spare linens were filthy even found laundry that wasn’t ours in the sheets on the first night. Overall we had a blast and the convienice and closeness of restaurants, shops and fun for kids made the trip a breeze.

I will say the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a nightmare. It was so tiny you could not move. There was a sink. No vanity. No place to put anything and this was a two BR. No view at all on balcony Furniture was worn. I will not book with VRBO Again

Perfect Getaway
The property is in a perfect location right in the middle of Baytowne Wharf with tons of shops, restaurants, and live music. We LOVED the unit we stayed in. It was very clean, plenty of room (we had 4 people in our party), and property manager was very quick to respond. The pool is beautiful and very conveniently located. Tram service to the beach isn't bad at all, usually a 10-15 minute ride including stops at other properties. I will give some advice, store all the different codes in your phone (garage code, main entrance code, and of course your room code) until you memorize them. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful time, and we will 100% be back to stay here again.

Great Stay
The condo was very cute and conveniently located near the pool! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and some nighttime events. (A wine opener is needed!) There is a shuttle to the beach or you can easily drive down 30A to other beach and restaurant options.
