This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. \*\*Bring your passwords for streaming services.\*\* Don't forget to log out when you leave. PARKING ⭐ There are available parking spaces located on the surrounding premise of the resort. Golf Cart Rentals are allowed at this resort, however, the Golf Cart will count as one of your 2 provided parking spaces. BEACH SERVICE ⭐ The Amalfi Coast beach access is now open! Improvements will continue to be made, some of which include an ADA-compliant wheelchair ramp, bathroom facilities, and parking. Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our White Sand Beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need! POOLS ⭐ There are two pools located at the center of the resort. You will be sent all amenity codes before check-in. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool. You are not permitted to add anything to the pools, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. SECURITY ⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages. PETS ⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave. BOOKING ⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed. CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT ⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. EARLY ARRIVALS ⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST. KITCHEN ⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink. SMOKING ⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. REFUNDS ⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control. We stay in this area many times but this has to be my fav condo this far!l Laundry room is right at the front door and there was stuff in there you can use for the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, etc. The beach is only a walk across and less than 5 minutes. Also the beach area was the least crowded in all of Miramar, which we loved so much. Communication prior and during our stay with management is easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would def stay at this place again . ##### anhnie v. The communication leading up to our stay was wonderful. Our last place would barely share any information, so having all the details about the complex and rental well beforehand was so appreciated. My Mom and I really enjoyed our stay what with the super comfortable bed, wide balcony and well stocked kitchen. Someone really put some thought into the small details, like hooks in the shower for poofs, throws for the couch, lots of utensils in the kitchen and the like. Plenty of room, clean and recently updated. Just a walk across the road and at the beach. Has a rained off station before entering back into the pool. Quiet and clean property. Great view of the ocean. Key pad entry was very convenient and covered parking a bonus. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds which would be great for a girls weekend or older children who don't want a twin. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. However had issues with the air conditioning. Could not get the unit cool due to thermostat being raised continuously by management or owner. At the price point of the condo, I would have liked to have been able to keep it a comfortable temperature. Very clean, spacious, well stocked for cooking, comfy furniture, comfortable beds, great views. And best of all so close to the beach. We loved it, had a wonderful vacation. Pools were never crowded - middle of june. The beach area was the least crowded in all of Miramar beach. Close to a couple of restaurants. If you have anyone in your group who would have trouble with climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. There were 3 beach chairs and a bag of sand toys in the laundry room. The view of the ocean is much closer than it looks in pictures. The condo was fairly clean, but the floors had not been mopped. I talked to the owner about this. ##### Martha S.
