Completely renovated with brand new furnishings and finishes, this coastal chic 2BR/2BA condo is located on the east wing of the Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This is truly a dream vacation condo! With views of the nature preserve from the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy a quiet location just a short 200 yard stroll to the sugar white Tops'l beach! The master suite is complete with a king bed, a private bath, and access to the balcony. With views towards the north and south, the master suite is inviting and relaxing. Our guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds, and is serviced by a hallway full bathroom. Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool and hot tub at the Summit, the beachside swimming pool, access to the beach and complimentary WiFi. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis. Convenient parking is available directly in front of the building, and there are three elevators available. Your check in is simple – just arrive and let yourself in with the door code! The decor was pleasing, and there were box fans in the closet of each bedroom. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed. Also, a nice touch were the beach chairs that were available for us to use—also found those stored in the closets. Being an end unit, it is quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The resort is beautiful. I found the beds to be comfortable. There was a starter supply of all the basics which was enough for a long weekend. I felt the unit was well cleaned. The only problem we found was the garbage disposal didn't work but I would definitely stay again. There is a shuttle that runs down to the beach. You are suppose to call them for a pickup but we didn't have the phone number. They took us anyway with a little scolding. So my feedback to the property manager would be to post the phone number for the shuttle in the unit in an obvious place for the guests. Thanks for a great stay.
