Be our guest at The Beland in the Blooming Garden Suite in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites. King size bed, small tub, smart TV and Wifi.  
  
Common areas:  
Living room, Gameroom w/ pool table and Dining room.  
  
Location:  
Centrally located on Rogers Avenue.  
Tons of restaurants in the immediate area.  
9 minutes to the Fort Smith Airport  
4 minutes to the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith.  
11 minutes to the Marshall\`s Museum  
  
Notables:  
Gameroom-no pool from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.  
Self-check-in-no full-time staff, door codes are provided.  
Not a bed and breakfast, so no breakfast is provided.  
No accessible kitchen.  
There is a microwave and full-size fridge in the game room located upstairs.  
No pets.  
Occupants 20 years old and older.
