Sent texts to check on us, make sure everything was going well, left personal notes and basket of goodies for our arrival. Cabin was super well stocked. I was able to host my family for Thanksgiving without needing to bring any dishes or utensils. They even supplied firewood and starter for the fire pit. Very close to Little River, we went hiking, and Fort Payne, we went to see the Christmas lights, to eat and shop. Also close to Desoto Falls but we ran out of time. I especially loved the fully functioning modern bathroom outside by the hot tub, which my kids enjoyed. This cabin we highly recommend to our friends and family. The owners are always very accommodating to your needs and one night stays are never a problem in this cabin. We travel with our dogs and do not like to stay in hotels even though they are highly trained and kenneled. The porch is peaceful when you get off the road after a long day in the car. There is grocery, restaurants and gas close by. Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon is very nice to visit. We booked on a Thursday and arrived Friday evening (very short notice). Upon arrival the owners were very easy to communicate with and prepared us with all the information we needed. We were greeted with sweet notes and a gift basket with goodies for the weekend. The home is EXTREMELY clean and includes all the little details that make you feel like you are at home. We enjoyed the fire pit area and the hot tub as well. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is very well stocked. If you’re on the fence….book it! ##### Carrie C.
