To the beach, beach, beach! This upstairs condo is located within a ten minute walk to the beach! Simply go straight down the street to the end of the road and you will find beach access entrances on each side! This is a location that you truly cannot beat! Located mid-island, it offers the best of both worlds - canal views with peace and quietness alongside the bustling beach with shops, restaurants and a pier not too far away!  
These accommodations boast over 800 square feet and include 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Each unit offers one parking spot with plenty of street parking.  
We offer the finest quality and everything to make your stay luxurious, relaxing and enjoyable! In each bedroom and bathroom, you will find hotel style linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, filtered ice and water, as well as additional seating for guests! The unit is also equipped with high speed internet and “smart” capabilities such as an Alexa for all your music streaming needs, 4k TV with Netflix and Hulu for all your watching needs, Coded Door Locks personalized for each guest’s stay, recessed lighting with dimmer controls to adjust to your mood, and a Nest Thermostat to control the AC to your specific liking. Cable TV services are not included.  
Fort Myers Beach is suitable for people of all ages - perfect for those with families or those trying to escape to the sun! There are numerous restaurants, shops, and nightlife for your choosing. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples are all within a close distance that offers plenty of additional shopping, dining, and sightseeing experiences. The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 30 minutes from the condo!

Note: This condo is located within a larger apartment with three units total. The upstairs units include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the downstairs unit includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This upstairs unit requires guests to walk up a set of stairs. There is a shared laundry room on property with a coin washer and dryer.If interested in renting out more units for larger groups, please contact us directly as we would love to accommodate you! Perfect for family reunions, large families, or bachelor and bachelorette parties!

I’m simply tying to provide honest constructive feedback so guests in the future have a better experience. As noted, items needing improvement are better cleaning, better kitchen and cooking utensils, and improved checkin/access. There were also some safety features and electrical issues that concerned me - inadequate smoke and CO2 detectors and safety check was not updated for a month. There was a faulty electrical outlet in the master bath that created a hazard. The keypad and door were challenging- often hard to get out. Finally, I was very disappointed that we did not receive the access code before checkin. We waited outside and after several calls, texts and emails, Goltz finally sent it. I had initially requested to check in a little early, but we got access later than standard checkin time. It was frustrating after a long day of travel and waiting outside with groceries. Thank you.

#### Close to nice soft sand beach

Enjoyed our stay at the Pina Colada near the beach. Short walk to beach which is a wide soft powdery sand beach. Publix nearby to stock up on groceries since Pina Colada has fully equipped kitchen. We cooked in most evenings then walked to beach to watch the awesome sunsets over the Gulf. Unit was very clean and has beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler & wagon to haul to the beach. Enjoy!

Location was perfect for walks into town and end of the street easy access to a quieter beach. The unit came with beach chairs/towels/wagon; making a day at the beach simple. Decor and home amenities were picture perfect. We would recommend to our family and friends.

The location to the beach was perfect!!.. a 5 min walk. Beautiful beach, not crowded. The morning walks and shell findings were so fun !!. The apartment was clean … the staff was great !The reason I can’t give this a 5 star is, we had to buy our own coffee maker , the one there didn’t work an when booking this apartment keep in mind that you will be upstairs an there will be guests downstairs. We ran into trouble with that but the staff was very very helpful and came out and made sure everything was ok. .. in all of this we did have a beautiful wk of sunshine and relaxation.

#### No hot water for two days

It was a very nice location and the unit was great. However, there was an issue with the hot water heater, and it was not on for two days. When we discovered the issue, it was during a lightning storm after we all returned from the beach, needing a shower. The water was quite cold due to lightning storm, the on-island maintenance person Could not address the issue with the circuit breakers. The next day, we did have hot water. Communication with management was great, the property was nice, and we would return.

Beautiful clean place with a huge screened in porch. The beach is a block and a half away. Tons of beautiful shells and lots of birds. Due to the hurricane damage there are few people on the beach. 1.8 mile walk to restaurant area. The car traffic is so slow you can often walk faster or use the bikes that come with the house. Plenty of restaurants etc.. are open.

Everything was great! It was very busy with spring break and it is a drive near the shops/restaurants but we rented a golf cart that helped with commuting back and fourth with kids! I will say the shower heads/water pressure wasn’t great! But that’s the least of the worries. We would stay again!

I haven’t had a vacation in years. This place was the best vacation ever. It just wasn’t long enough lol. And affordable and had all the comfort of home away from home. I will be back next year
